Excellent service; Zahn’s went above and beyond in customer service by changing the destination at the last minute with no problems. Extremely friendly and absolutely beautiful flowers! Having gone through them twice now, and will again in the future.

I would like to thank Leah part owner of Zahns Flower Shopp for doing her best to make a big mistake better. It was unfortunate that my Mother in Law got an arrangement that was not at all like the one I had ordered. Ordering from NYS I wanted to use a local florist instead of a big company. While the arrangement wasn't what I wanted, Leah made the effort to reach out to me and have a talk about how she would like to make this up to me. She kindly reimbursed my account for the $135.00 spent and offered not only apologies, but a credit for an arrangement in the future. I appreciate that I was treated like I was a member of her local community and not just a dollar sign. Thank you for your kindness and great business sense Leah. We'll be speaking again!

Moving full time to Ponce Inlet late last year we’ve had to find replacements for all kinds of services, including flowers. Our former florist was awesome and we weren’t sure we’d find that replacement here until we discovered Zahn’s. My wife’s birthday flowers were fresh and beautiful and clearly exceeded my expectations. I was able to order the day before and they were at the house on time. I have found my new go-to florist for all of those special occasions.
