I had my friend take a photo of the flowers she received from me. They’re nice but they don’t look like the photo of the one I ordered. I did pay the up charge for the premium arrangement as well as adding a tip. The festive ribbon which really enhanced the arrangement was not on it. The flowers look a bit larger but not as much greenery for fill in. I realize the photo may not be able to be duplicated exactly but seems at least the ribbon would have been included on this one.
