I ordered a sympathy bouquet for my mother in law who recently lost her dog. I asked them to add a decoration or something appropriate for a pet loss. They did and my mil loved it and said it was perfect. I have ordered from them in the past as well and the flowers were so fresh that they lasted for weeks
